Wear Time & Hair Health

BohoHaus Locs are typically worn for 6–8 weeks as a standard guideline.

For clients with healthy hair, minimal shedding, and consistent at-home care, this style may be worn up to 10–12 weeks with proper monitoring and maintenance.

Extended wear is not recommended for all clients. Wear time is always determined by individual hair health, scalp response, and maintenance habits. The style should be removed at the first sign of tension, irritation, or matting to protect the integrity of the natural hair.
