Yes. The Boho Haus is a mobile-only service. I travel to you with a full professional setup to provide a salon-quality experience in your home, hotel, or Airbnb.

Is There A Travel Fee?

Yes. Travel fees are calculated based on your selected travel zone and are shown during booking.

This fee accounts for travel time, setup, and preparation to ensure your appointment is completed comfortably and without rushing.

What’s included in my service?

Every appointment includes a full-service mobile experience, not just the install.

Your service includes:

• Professional hair and scalp prep

• Clean, consistent sectioning

• Tension-controlled installation

• Style customization based on your booking selections

• Finishing touches (trimming, setting, detailing as needed)

How long do appointments take?

Protective style installations require time and precision. Most services take a minimum of 8 hours, with more detailed or boho-style installs taking up to 10–12 hours, depending on the style, length, density, and customization selected.

Estimated service times are shown during booking and are structured to allow the work to be completed without rushing.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations are available for clients who would like support selecting a service or who are considering a more customized installation.

Do you offer maintenance, refresh, or removal services?

Yes. Maintenance, takedown, and removal services are available and can be booked separately. Clients also receive guidance and resources for safe at-home removal if preferred.

What type of services do you offer?

The Boho Haus specializes in protective styles including faux locs, knotless braids, twists, and select human hair installations. All services are designed to prioritize hair health, comfort, and long-term wear while offering a natural, refined finish.

How long can I wear a protective style?

Wear time varies based on the style, materials used, individual hair health, and maintenance habits.

Synthetic protective styles are typically worn for 6–8 weeks. For clients seeking longer wear periods, full human hair installations are recommended, as they offer improved flexibility and manageability over time.

Styles should always be removed at the first sign of tension, irritation, or matting to protect the natural hair.
